This notice explains how PK.GAME uses information submitted through the Register Interest form on this site.
Information we collect
We collect the professional contact, company or channel, website or social channel, traffic type, audience regions, estimated reach, preferred contact method and contact details, and any notes you choose to submit.
How we use it
PK.GAME uses this information to review partnership relevance, understand your channel and audience, contact you if there is a fit, protect the form from abuse, and maintain records of the inquiry. The information is not used to create a player account or activate an affiliate relationship.
Where the information goes
The form is processed through Cloudflare services and delivered to affiliate@pkgame.biz, a mailbox hosted with Proton. The site does not store a separate application database. Access is limited to people who need the information to review or manage the inquiry.
Retention
Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to review and manage the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, or address security and legal requirements. You may request deletion by contacting us.
Security and site measurement
The first release does not use advertising pixels, marketing analytics, or behavioral profiling. Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical information to protect the form from automated abuse.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. PK.GAME may need to retain limited information where reasonably required for security, dispute, or legal purposes.
